Fun ways to fold cloth napkins

There’s something magical about a beautifully set table – the soft glow of candlelight, the sparkle of stemware, and the thoughtful little details that make guests feel truly welcome. We believe even the simplest touches can create warmth and connection. One of our favorite finishing details? A perfectly folded napkin.

Our paper napkin rings, paired with our paper placemats and table cards, are designed to bring that effortless elegance to your gatherings — whether you’re hosting a cozy dinner at home or setting up for a festive holiday meal. Below, we’ve shared four easy napkin-folding ideas (with videos!) to inspire your next table design.

For a tiered look, this fold a beautiful way to bring texture to the table while keeping things simple. Use crisp white or solid-colored napkins to let your patterned placemats shine beneath.

This bow-style fold is as charming as it gets — and so easy to make! It’s a sweet, polished detail that feels special with just the right amount of fuss. Oh, and I cut out the part where I fumble with removing the glue dot tab (you're welcome) – but you can see how easy our paper napkin rings are to use here!

The simplest option (we didn't even take a video of it) to achieve the look in the image below - simply pinch the middle of the napkin and gather the napkin around the middle to attach the napkin ring.

No matter which style you choose, folding your napkins thoughtfully transforms your table from everyday to extraordinary. Add a few candles, your favorite dinnerware, and maybe a sprig of greenery — and you’ve created something memorable, heartfelt, and uniquely yours.

Because we believe every table tells a story — and yours deserves to be beautiful.
