SHIPPING QUESTIONS

We try to get orders out or ready for pickup within a few days of receiving your order. If you chose to pick up your order, you will get an email with directions of how and when. If your order is shipping, you will receive an email with tracking information and delivery details.

All delivery times are estimates. Orders placed after December 15 cannot be guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. Pickups will be available at our shop through December 23 (In-store pickup not available for all items, check listing for items that may ship separate.)

PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING COMPANIES (USPS, UPS AND FEDEX) ARE STILL NOT GUARANTEEING DELIVERY TIMES.

Feel free to contact us to check on availability or shipping if you are concerned about receiving your gift in time. :)

YES! Feel free to include your message in the notes section of your order, or you can email it to us. If you'd like your message in a card, just let us know which of the cards in your order you'd like us to write in, otherwise it will just be written on the back of one of our "thank you for your order" flat cards.

wedding invitations

Please fill out the form on our Wedding Invitations page, and we will be in touch within a few days with details about how to set up a 25 minute discovery call. Once we discuss details, we will send a you proposal with the full list of options and pricing for your Save the Dates, Invitations, and/or Day-Of Items. After this we would schedule a time for you to come in to discuss further details in person or over a video call.

Invitations generally cost between $1200 and $6000 depending on quantity and add-ons. You can find more details on our Wedding Invitation page.

We recommend anywhere between 9 months and a year before your event, but can usually accommodate shorter timelines. We take a limited number of weddings per year, so the sooner we can meet the better!

Custom orders

Please go to our Custom Order page and fill out the form with the size and framing option you would like to move forward with.

After receiving your inquiry, we'll reply to your email with a request for photo reference (if it's for a home or a pet). Once we confirm your size and reference, we'll do a pencil sketch proof for you to approve. After your proof is approved we send the invoice and move to inking.

Depending on the time of year, we like a minimum of a month to six weeks to work on your customers illustration. We normally close holiday orders in November, so the earlier you can contact us about that the better!
